Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel your subscription.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive a new box quarterly (every 3 months). Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be automatically charged before each shipment.

We will email you the week before your next box is set to ship as a reminder, giving you time to make any adjustments before it goes out.

You can cancel, pause, or skip your subscription at any time. However, once a box has shipped, that order cannot be cancelled. At that point, you are only able to cancel, pause, or skip future boxes.

To cancel or make changes to your subscription, you can manage it through the link in your order confirmation email or by contacting us at help@finance-y.com.
